"Replies took way too long"
I didn’t have the best experience because it just took way too long to get a reply. I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, especially if someone is busy or there’s a queue, but this felt like I was just sitting around wondering if anyone was even going to respond. By the time they finally got back to me, I had already lost interest and felt like it wasn’t really worth the wait.

I was hoping for something that felt a bit more personal and meaningful, but it came across generic. Compared to other keepsake-style items I’ve seen, this one just didn’t feel special enough to hold onto.

"Wouldn’t Choose This as a Gift"
This just didn’t feel gift-worthy to me. It looked cheap in person, and I felt awkward giving it because, let’s be real, when you’re giving someone a present, you want it to feel at least a little thoughtful and decent quality. I’d probably skip this if you’re buying for someone else.

I was disappointed with this. The moon design was way off for the date I gave, and it just looks wrong to me. When I brought it up, I kind of felt talked down to instead of actually helped, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

I regret paying for this. For the price, I was expecting a lot more, but most of the information felt basic and like stuff I probably could’ve found online for free. I gave it a try, but it just didn’t feel worth it, so I ended up canceling. Kind of wish I had looked into it more before signing up.

I tried ordering from yourmoonphase.com, but the checkout was weird, weird in a way that made me not trust it. It showed one price at first, then after I put in my details, the price changed. Then the payment page froze on me and I had to start all over again. It just didn’t feel smooth or clear at all, like not clear at all. I ended up giving up before finishing the order.

"Not ordering from here again"
Not ordering again. I ended up feeling like I paid for something and then just got left guessing, which is super frustrating.
I ordered a moon phase print, and the tracking basically never moved past “label created” for days. I emailed twice, got one vague response, and then nothing after that. Maybe it’ll randomly show up eventually, but the whole experience was disappointing.

"Frustrating experience for something so simple"
I tried using Your Moon Phase and ended up giving up. The site feels cluttered, and half the time I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to click. It was also slow on my phone, and a few parts didn’t seem to work properly. I just wanted to check a moon phase, so the whole thing felt way more difficult than it needed to be. A lot of this seems preventable with a cleaner layout and better mobile performance.

It took almost three weeks for my order to show up, and I barely got any useful updates along the way. I kept having to check on it myself, which was way more effort than it should’ve been. Frustrating overall.

"Gift arrived looking rough"
My order showed up in a really flimsy envelope, and the box inside was badly bent. The corners were crushed, it gave me the impression that not much care was taken when packing it. Since I bought it as a gift, the presentation mattered to me, so this was disappointing.

I ordered this thinking I’d be able to really personalize it and make it feel a bit more special. I spent some time going through the options, but quickly realized there wasn’t much I could actually change beyond the basics. I kept expecting there to be more choices, especially for the price, but it just felt kind of limited. In the end, it turned out fine, but not nearly as personal as I’d hoped. i was a little disappointed.

I reached out to customer service about my order and just got worn out waiting for an actual helpful reply. It felt like I was being brushed off the whole time, and I really didn’t have the energy to keep chasing them. Super frustrating experience and not worth the hassle.

"Just didn’t feel worth the money"
I ordered from yourmoonphase.com, and as soon as I opened it, my gut feeling was that it just wasn’t worth what I paid. The product looked a lot cheaper in person than it did on the website. The print wasn’t very sharp, and the material felt kind of flimsy. I bought it as a gift, so I was disappointed. Maybe I was expecting too much, but for the price, I really thought it would feel nicer. I wouldn’t order again.

"Kind of ruined my plans"
I was hoping yourmoonphase.com would help me quickly check the moon phase info I needed, but it just made things more frustrating. I had a whole little evening plan based around timing it right, and this site did not make that easy at all.
The pages felt slow, and I kept bouncing around trying to find basic details that should’ve been simple. Instead of getting ready and moving on with my night, I ended up wasting time clicking through stuff and getting more annoyed.
Maybe it works fine for other people, but it really wasn’t worth it for me. It threw off my plans, didn’t give me what I needed in a clear way, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Still not fixed, despite reaching out"
I contacted support about the issue, it still hasn’t been fixed. I don’t think I’m being unreasonable here, I gave them the details and waited, but nothing really changed. It’s frustrating because I expected at least some kind of real follow-up or solution.
